ASUS Announces its Radeon HD 7790 Lineup

You cannot leave ASUS out of the bunch when it comes to the Radeon HD 7790 graphics card. Like most manufacturers of the “Bonaire” based card they have two versions as well. They have a reference design and their OC Edition which does feature ASUS’s own DirectCU II cooling as well. The HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5 runs overclocked at a 1075MHz core, 6400MHz memory and does come with ASUS’s GPU tweak utility.

Of course like all Radeon 7790’s the HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5 has 896 stream processors, dual tessellation units, 56 TMUs, 16 ROPs, and a 128-bit GDDR5 memory interface holding 1 GB of memory.

Expect to see these cards in early April. Price for the reference design should be $149 and the OC Edition will be $10 more.
