System Overview & Testing Procedures
We will be running the X79 Extreme6/GB through a full battery of benchmarks.  Here are the specifications of our test system.

We will be testing the system at the Core i7-3820’s stock speed of 3.6GHz and again at our overclock of 4.6GHz.  Here are the tests we will be running.
