Apple to Refresh MacBook Pro and MacBook Air Models at WWDC

Ming-Chi Kuo, who is an analyst with KGI Securities has issued a new report forecasting that Apple will refresh their notebooks at their upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), which kicks off June 10th. Apple is said to be refreshing both the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models. The refreshed units will be powered by Intel’s new 4th generation Core (Haswell) processors. This makes sense as Intel will officially launch the processors at Computex (June 4-8th).

Kuo also said that he thinks Apple will continue to sell their non-retina MacBook Pro’s as there is strength in the 13-inch model. The new refreshed MacBook Pro’s without the retina display could ship right after WWDC, with the Retina versions coming at a later date.
