AMD Preparing to Roll Out Radeon R7 370X

It has been reported that AMD is putting their final touches on the Radeon R7 370X, which will directly compete with NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce GTX 950. The R7 370X will make use of the “Trinidad XT” silicon and will fully utilize the chip.

The card will have 1280 Graphics CoreNext stream processors, 80 TMUs, 32 ROPs, and a 256-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface, holding 2 GB or 4GB of memory. The leaked screenshots that you see below show that AMD will carry over the clock speeds from the R9 270X so it will have 1180 MHz core and the memory will be at 5.60 GHz (GDDR5-effective).
