Testing – CrystalDiskMark & AS SSD
CrystalDiskMark is our next test and it has a sequential read / write test as well as a 512k and 4k random read / write test. This test was run with 0-fill as SandForce-based drives have trouble with the normal test.
Great results here as well, very close to the advertised speeds.
AS SSD Benchmark is next. This benchmark contains four synthetic as well as three practice tests.
One thing that sticks out about this test is the very low write speed. Normally we see this with SandForce-based drives. The read speeds look pretty good though.
