At the GeForce E-Sports festival in mainland China NVIDIA went ahead and publicly announced the flagship GeForce GTX 780 graphics card. The GeForce GTX 780 is set to launch next week on May 23rd 2013. The announcement was made by Scott Herkelman, NVIDIA’s GeForce general manager. Both VR-Zone and 4Gamer were at the event and got shots of the announcement.

Likewise they plan to launch their two new ultrabooks under its business-friendly line this summer according to the leaked roadmap of the company’s preparation. We now know as the first benchmarks of the upcoming GeForce GTX 780 have been revealed by the Chiphell forums. The benchmarks show that the GeForce GTX 780 is about 20% faster than the GeForce GTX 680.
