A GTX Titan has been pointed out by Videocardz and it is said to be attached with black heatsink which has the matte finish to it and makes the entire thing look very appealing. The Titan cooler had been a hit since it was first introduced and this pretty much explains why it is still being put to use in the GeForce GTX 770, GeForce GTX 780 and the flagship GeForce GTX 780 Ti which are NVIDIA’s top graphic cards.
It seems that everyone is talking about AMD this week as they will be releasing their Radeon HD 7990 graphics card this week. But don’t count NVIDIA out of the graphics card race just yet. According to a report at 3DCenter, NVIDIA is working on both a GeForce GTX Titan Ultra and a slimmed down GeForce GTX Titan LE. We have been hearing about the supposed “LE” card for a couple of week now, but the Ultra card is definitely something new.
It looks like Gigabyte is not the only one showing off a modified NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan. It looks like Inno3D is preparing an iChill GeForce GTX Titan graphics card which would feature their triple fan HerculeZ 3000 cooling solution. This card is said to be a factory overclocked variant with core clock of 927 MHz, boost clock unknown and the memory is configured at the reference 6008 MHz.
Koolance has announced its full-coverage water block for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan video card. The VID-NXTTN utilizes a high-performance microfin (0.5mm) design made of solid copper with anti-corrosive nickel plating. The main block covers the CPU, memory chips and VRM. There is a black aluminum back plate included to cover the memory chips on the opposite side of the card. The card measures 6.75 x 4.50 x 0.75 in (17.15 x 11.43 x 1.91 cm) and weighs in at 2.25lbs.
We have seen waterblocks that you can buy for your brand new GeForce GTX Titan graphics card, but what about a Titan that has a liquid cooling solution already installed? Inno3D has that for you in their GeForce GTX Titan iChill Black Series. This GeForce GTX Titan features Arctic’s Accelero Hybrid cooling solution which is pre-installed on the card. This cooling solution uses a closed loop liquid cooling system for the GPU and your normal fan and heatsink for the memory and VRM.
Last week we saw EK release their full-coverage water block for the GeForce GTX Titan and now Aqua Computer has released theirs. This new water block is part of the Kryographics series and is aptly named Kryographics GTX Titan. The block is made of 10mm thick copper which covers the GPU, RAM and voltage regulators. The top is made of stainless steel and has a laser-engraved logo. There is also a Plexiglas top surrounded by a stainless steel frame included.
ASUS today announced the GeForce GTX Titan graphics card, based on supercomputer-grade NVIDIA Tesla K20X architecture. The new card delivers the world’s most powerful single-GPU performance to PC gamers and multimedia enthusiasts. It is optimized for DirectX 11.1 and PCI Express 3.0, with a GPU clock of 876MHz achieved by use of NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology. The ASUS GeForce GTX Titan offers 6GB of GDDR5 video memory clocked at 6000MHz.
Digital Storm, the predominant name in computer system integration and engineering, is excited to announce it will offer a Titan Edition of its award winning Bolt – the slimmest gaming computer ever. The new NVIDIA GTX Titan is the world’s fastest graphics card, and utilizes the same technology that powers Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Titan, the world’s fastest supercomputer.
NVIDIA today introduced the new GeForce GTX TITAN, powered by the fastest GPU on the planet and designed to unleash the world’s fastest gaming PCs including personal gaming supercomputers and svelte, quiet, small form-factor PCs. GTX TITAN is built with the same NVIDIA Kepler architecture that powers Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s newly launched Titan supercomputer, which is number 1 in the list of the Top500 supercomputers in the world.
Many people are unsure of when the GeForce GTX Titan will be officially released. Most people said today, but then there would be a ton of reviews out right? It looks like it we will see an official release tomorrow. In the meantime a few sites have leaked photos of the card. The GeForce GTX Titan features a magnesium alloy cooler shroud, a clear acrylic window giving you a look at the aluminum fin stack, a large illuminated GeForce GTX logo on the side, and a large lateral blower fan. Power to the card comes in the form of 8pin and 6pin PCI-e connectors. There are dual SLI connectors as well.
